Just know for First if u have a hormone acne or anyone acne typology and get a good skincare products, eat Clean if u dont eat Clean your face will suffer. change your pillow cover often, drink much water, tips: dont use some trash things like gua-sha on ur face this shit damaging Only ur acne,but trust me accutane and some pepdites like ghk-cu work so much better and faster and its safe
