Hi everyone, Im about week 8 on Benzozyl peroxide 5% and I recently added salicylic acid to my skincare (2 weeks) ago, I have noticed improvement, but not anything crazy. Is it worth going to the doctor soon and asking to get tretinion or just waiting it out more on the current combo. Also any tips to help convince the doctor that I need tretinion.

Привет всем! Я использую 5% бензоилпероксид уже около 8 недель, и недавно (две недели назад) добавила в свой уход за кожей салициловую кислоту. Я заметила улучшения, но ничего особенного. Стоит ли мне обратиться к врачу и попросить назначить третинион, или лучше подождать с текущей комбинацией средств? Также, есть ли какие-нибудь советы, как убедить врача в необходимости третиниона?

honestly considering it, but just wanting to try a combo out to see if it worked for me and didnt have to go all the way up to accutane.

Tbh I don’t think you need accutane, from what I see you’ve come a long way, keep the consistency and you’ll have the results you want

Tbh I don’t think you need accutane, from what I see you’ve come a long way, keep the consistency and you’ll have the results you want
