I've been using CeraVe Blemish Control (the cleanser) and CeraVe soap. I'm not using any moisturizer or anything. My skin feels dry and it's peeling or flaking. Is that good or bad? I only put some cream around my eyes because they felt dry.

Cleanser won't do anything for your acne, also very stupid not using moisturizer. I am also taking an educated guess that you also do not use sunscreen. Do this daily, permanently:

Morning: Cleanser (brand doesn't matter), moisturizer (brand doesn't matter), sunscreen (spf 50 or higher, preferably chemical instead of surface so that it's not visible).

Evening: Cleanser, tretinoin (start with 0.025%, build up gradually to daily use, up the % to 0.05% whenever you feel like it or when the tube runs out), moisturizer.

Also take isotretinoin (accutane) to permanently shrink your oils glands, thus permanently getting rid of acne. If your acne is very minor to mild, take 10-20mg daily, if it's anything worse than that, take anything up to 60mg daily, isotretinoin WILL dry you out, especially your lips, use vaseline or any other kind of moisturizing agent for them, also be sure to drink plenty of water. :ppSmoker:

I use tretinoin before moisturizer so that it absorbs better, but honestly you can do whatever feels best for you, doesn't make that much of a difference.
