This is how bad my acne is getting I keep getting red spots with pimples on my nose and some on my forhead Im 21 is that normal still I dont even wanna go out anymore I feel like killing myself looking at myself my sides arent to bad but my nose and forhead is

Use this toner (or whatever equivalent wherever you are) after every face wash at least 2x a day
Keep your hands clean whenever you touch your face
Keep pillow covers clean (wash or replace every 2-3 days)
