Skin bleach and acne spots

I fucking hate my brown ass. How can i bleach my skin? Im fitzpatrick 3 or 4 i dont even know but i really want to get to fitzpatrick 2. Im also dealing with a shit ton of darkspots and acne scars from my purging after accutane. Need help ASAP cant stand looking at myself
