Im doing this asap, gonna find a clinic near me and do this. Permanent shrinked glands and gland size reduction, replicating the effects of accutane. Very nice results though i wonder how the first few weeks are since they dont show them but the final result (and they probably get worse before better bc irritation). Spot treatment low dose adapalene (stopped because irritation)
Pantothenic acid (Vitamin b5) megadose (on)
Gallon of water a day (inconsistent but on)
1L of kefir a day (paused, also a bit gross when overfermented)
dutasteride (stopped because im going broke from looksmaxxing), didnt make that much of a differnece because i didnt do more than a month, but i might come back to it and replace my dht with dhb lmao.
Hydrocholloid pathces on top of all that hydration
Low stress lifestyle (4x a week gym maximum, low insulin load, high protein medium fats)
Omega-3 everyday and if possible 200-300g of salmon
yet to do:
GHK-Cu as anti inflammatory
Grounding for oxidative stress reduction and anti inflammatory effects (not cope)
Accure laser for permanent gland size reduction
Apparently hdac inhibitors work mildly in the regenerative process because of dna expression.
Actual 10k steps a day or everyday cardio because i live ina third world shithole.
Results:
From small/medium cysts to almost completely clear skin on one side of my face, while on the other some active lesions remain and got a bit worse with 4ius of gh. I got told yesterday my skin glows. I genuinely had cystic acne a year ago, huge progress from my part from only 3 months of these strategies. I had cystic acne from ages 13-18. Now i can say that i do NOT. I've ascended from 2/10 to LMTN.
I will now not fuck my dermatologist when i ascend because i ascended my skin so much i accessed gender confused tomboy pussy now, fuck normal foids. I aint going back. I will be able to one day do GOMAD and be a gymcel with perfect skin and chad face from roids.
