Doing subcision at home. Need someone who has had a subcision to look over itfuck is u tlking abt
I do but that doesn't fix the pitted scars in my skin from past acneeat clean food lol
Tbh it's worth it if it works as it's the only way I'll be able to escape inceldom. I'll be using a blunt cannula so it should be fine as long as I'm not too aggressivedon't try subcision all by urself unless ur quite confident, u might cut skin fibres instead of scar tissue which will cause sagging
we are on the same boat here mate, i also suffer from atrophic acne scarring and trust me, the physical pain of the treatment is compared nothing to mental pain of having this shit. its such a underrated falio, nobody deserves this curseTbh it's worth it if it works as it's the only way I'll be able to escape inceldom. I have done 8 microneedling sessions ranging from 0.5 - 2.25 mm and got like 30% improvement in the depth, but after 3 or 4 sessions it's cope. It also nukes your collagen and elastin long term because of a weakened response the more you do it. My skin used to be hella red for 4 days after a 0.5 mm session but now it's only red for 2 hours after 2+ mm. If you stretch your skin and the scars don't disappear stop all treatments immediately bc it means ur scars are tethered and you need a subcision.we are on the same boat here mate, i also suffer from atrophic acne scarring and trust me, the physical pain of the treatment is compared nothing to mental pain of having this shit. its such a underrated falio, nobody deserves this curse
never go too deep and stay shallow w subcision, know what ur doing and ull be fine, pairing it up with fillers would be good though to prevent scar from tethering again
im currently raping my epidermis w 2.5mm stamp, very cope tbf its never gonna fill up the volume loss unless its really minor (mine are mild to moderate)
what? are you sure that u have moderate scarring? how the fuck did manage to get depth improvement from 0.5mm? anything below 1.5mm can hardly do shit for scarringI have done 8 microneedling sessions ranging from 0.5 - 2.25 mm and got like 30% improvement in the depth, but after 3 or 4 sessions it's cope. Mine are also moderate (60% grade 3 40% grade 2). But after doing a lot of research I've ultimately decided the cheapest course with the best results is probably
Subcision/Microneedling (same day) - min 4 - 6 weeks apart if repeated (2-4x usually depending on severity)
PDO threads 1 week after
Got most of my results after starting 1.5 mm and 0.5 helped a bit bc i did it back when my scars were youngerwhat? are you sure that u have moderate scarring? how the fuck did manage to get depth improvement from 0.5mm? anything below 1.5mm can hardly do shit for scarring
also good that u didnt fall for the “laser” memes and straight up went into stuff that actually work, any cosmetic derm/surgeon who pushes lasers r scam artists beware of those snakes (well except fully ablative/high setting co2, which is a huge risk-reward, can melt ur facial fat jfl)
