I got caught up in my imagination pretty hard when I began to get very angry at the thoughts running through my head, I told one particular thought to "fuck off" very loudly. I snapped back when that happened and looked to see if people were around me. My coworker looked at me distressed and mumbled out a "Jeez" as if my fuck you was directed towards her.
