Hate to put this guy on the spot, but all of these photos are ones I found from his Instagram account dating from 2011, so he has no reason to hide. For sake of privacy, his name will not be disclosed. He has made an incredible transformation, and is now so effortlessly handsome. This discussion is to ask what kind of surgeries he has done?

I wouldn't say incredible tbh but its sustaining the looks over 10y so ig good?
 
Idk, can’t really tell, but he just looks better. Maybe he got genio as well. Also early 10s style wasn’t as good. Fuark, wish I had Asian collagen
