from an objective standpoint many models are better looking than popular actors and singers, it's just that media is what determines your smv to women not looks. you subconsciously see these actors and singers as better looking because you know more women actually care about them and like them, which means they have higher smv despite not having a higher looks level. and smv is all that really matters.
