I see so many actors in the film industry with avg features but they are still loved by many?
are good looks important more for models than actors?

just dont be ugly theory

@HarrierDuBois said you need average to slightly above average features to be an actor, you can’t be overly attractive essentially

I said if you look TOO godlike you will be lower in versatility for casting with a difficulty of getting "normal" roles since no one would believe Henry Cavill is "just a guy". Therefore guys like Cavill can only act in roles where he has some insane status like a hero or spy or something else. Most successful actors are handsome but not disproportionately so like Ben Affleck that looks like a hot normal guy.

Also looking unique and characteristic can lend you a specific type of role easily like Mikkelsen with villains.

Yeah and acromegaly ogres doing the same when 2+ meters.
you're confusing acromegaly with gigantism.

acromegaly starts later in life and they don't tend to be excessively tall, and it can be rather mild.
