Actual best softmaxxing tips

Can yall give the best softmaxxing tips? Im asking this because many softmaxxing tips are either called "cope" or dont work at all, i need softmaxxes that actually work, (not instantly obviously but with time). Im not allowed to use any peptides, drugs, surgeries etc, im still in early puberty (14 yo) and bones in puberty can change with the correct habits, but which habits? We need a thread that clearly explains the best softmaxxes so we will stop all of this missinformation

Work out skin care eat well meat eggs salad fish ect don’t eat any sugar only healthy ones from fruit ect don’t eat salt [cause bloat] eat bananas every day and remember to go to the gym. Hope this helps

gym, skincare, posture, confidence, good hairstyle, plenty of sleep and a good diet.

In order of importance
1. Gym to put on some size the body halo is real just watch jeff nippard for workout plan
2. Becoming Relatively lean I'm of the mind that you cant really be lean and look big at least in short timeframe if your going natural
3. Skincare Face cleanser, Tretinoin, and Micro needling with derma stamp that pretty much it
4. Makeup Covering scars with concealer, and covering dark under eyes aswell, tiny bit of eyeliner to make your eyes contrast
5. Tanning
6. Mewing since your 14 mewing might help
7. Dyeing your hair to make it contrast
8. Colored Contacts
9. Diet is cope for bone growth having raw meat diet isnt going to grow you some bones just ask chatgpt for macros and do a deficit or surplus depending on your weight and bodyfat
I don't know what misinformation your talking about people acting like this forum have some unseen methods if your going softmaxxing its going to be relatively normie like everything i said here you would know if you have above 2 digits iq

I knew about the methods you mentioned but i was talking about the methods that are on tiktok like thumbpulling, bonesmashing, lymphatic drainage etc. Many guys on tiktok say its cope while others say its not
