Naturally I have hollow cheeks but I want to make my bone structure pop out a bit. Maybe it is my buccal muscles or fat that hinders my hollow cheeks but I know it is very much attainable if I locked in on some good methods to debloat-that being said.. if I knew what they were lol.

IF your already lean drink 4l water daily or more and take a shit ton of electrolytes

Cardio, black coffee, green tea, low kcal potassium drink

I do at least 60 min stationary cycling everyday while doomscrolling
I stay debloated most of the time since i started doing it everyday

That's awesome thank you for letting me know. Unfortunately I do not have a stationary bike like that but I will follow everything else. I am active everyday but I am injured currently, going to be for a while. But I know my way around

drink a shit ton of water daily, i personally drink 5L. Another thing that u should do is consume potassium. Sodium keeps water n bloats u, so try to avoid it
