Whenever facial growth or maxillary recession is discussed it’s always assumed that taking a fuckton of gh during puberty will ascend you, but i haven’t seen any actual examples of this.

Plates close very early on just after a period of high gh in youth, however acromegalites experience high gh all the time which makes bones grow more than they should and out of proportion
