Particularly ones with upturned noses. Lengthening our noses might make the midface appear longer. Along with that genioplasty will surely help elongate our face. Jfl even those SFSCELS who ascended from bimax didn't have any added midface length but their genio vertically lengthened their face. Lots of mfs on here have advised me to do bimax but that only accounts for underlying bone structure but apparently there's no superficial gain so what's the fuckin point jfl? I had came across the very few threads online discussing lengthening short midface and a couple of docs mentioned that there isn't really a osteotomy to lengthen midface superficially. But rhinos for lengthening might help upturned nose niggas. Take a look at this guy
Sure he also has worked on his jaw and chin but his midface actually seems lengthened. So what do u guys think?
