Made this really quickly tried to put good things in it though. Should help people make their own plan. Science backed too blah blah blah. I’ll make an accessories guide soon

Eye:

UEE:

  • Eyelid Pulling: Cope don't unless u want monolid.
  • Volufiline on supras.
  • Orbicularis Oculi works but idk if it helps with UEE i doubt it. There are studies that prove it.
  • Don't ice supras.
  • Bonesmash supras for swelling good.
  • Orbital box osteotomy.
  • Fat graft transplant.
  • Eyebrows it helps
NCT:

  • Eyebrows just minox dye etc. the usual blah blah. Positively tilt them.
  • Eye exercises don't do anything for CT.
  • Cantho
Undereye:

  • Volufiline works. Concealer. Caffeine serum. None of these fix the bone tho. Orbital Box osteotemy.
Sclera drops.

Orbicularis Oculi is proven by studies tell me if u want them

    • 1 egg

Other Foods:

  • Weekly 50g dark chocolate (70-85% cacao) for Epicatechin (Myostatin Inhibitor).
  • Brazil nuts for selenium.
  • Kelp/kombu seaweed for iodine.
  • Maintain good Omega 3:6 ratio; avoid seed oils and processed food.
  • Kefir, low-fat Greek yogurt, and mastic gum (to repair gut damage from past junk food like chips, bread, cookies, burgers, pizza, ice cream).
  • Liver flushes to eliminate toxins and increase stomach acid for digestion.
  • Occasionally consume a salad of 2-3 raw carrots with 1 tbsp coconut oil (from Ray Peat forum) for anti-inflammatory effects and stomach acid production. Also for carotenoids and red undertones do tomatoes and watermelon.

Again not super educated on this, Masai jumping will grow you many feet so make sure to do this in front of all your friends. Really just i think CAJ No DAC, MK is good increases by around 60 ng/ml it's not cope but GH is better. Many others i have no clue about im pretty tall so no need to worry. Fraud with timbs or soles.

I mean,health indicators can help if you already have good base/genetics.But if you are trying to fix your eye area,raw milk isn't helping.But good diet can help a lot,espically at skin,and it's ignored too much.

I should add? Minox oral you can do but i think it’s risky i haven’t looked at it much. Topical minox is good but sheds after ur done. Imma put wild growth serum with rosemary and castor mix. That should do the job. The men pen is good for mild dying not too noticeable and dying kit if u need it bad.

maxilla and zygos use LIPUS, k2, roid, smash it for a thicker appearance, volufiline for undereye to 'replace' the misssing bone, chin tucks, mewing, MSE most importantly tho

Because of sexual dimorphism, the fat will not spawn there but the opposite happens, I don't see a point in doing eye excercises you will end up looking retarded and lose them muscles anyways, better cope is implants or surgery to change eye shape, fat grafting as well for it to be stable and look youthful

Other Foods:

  • Weekly 50g dark chocolate (70-85% cacao) for Epicatechin (Myostatin Inhibitor).
  • Brazil nuts for selenium.
  • Kelp/kombu seaweed for iodine.
  • Maintain good Omega 3:6 ratio; avoid seed oils and processed food.
  • Kefir, low-fat Greek yogurt, and mastic gum (to repair gut damage from past junk food like chips, bread, cookies, burgers, pizza, ice cream).
  • Liver flushes to eliminate toxins and increase stomach acid for digestion.
  • Occasionally consume a salad of 2-3 raw carrots with 1 tbsp coconut oil (from Ray Peat forum) for anti-inflammatory effects and stomach acid production. Also for carotenoids and red undertones do tomatoes and watermelon.
