Be close to the money. Since property isn’t something tangible and exists only in our imagination, while irl money is simply sitting in people’s pockets, banks, just stick close to rich people, people with high IQs, socialize only with them, get their phone numbers and email addresses, do literally everything to not just get money, but to be closer to it. This is actually advice from Andrew Tate, and I’ve found it very useful. Gonna use it. Stay away from brokies or make them work for you (billions of poor laborers waiting to work for you out there); never work for others, but do it only to make some initial capital
