high inhib on tiktok is all fun and games until youre actually one and its super hard to have a short talk with other people or dance in parties or do things every other person expects you to do , otherwise youre "shy" , i hate how its like a cool trend on tiktok to be ND+ high inhib

i mean yes we have high inhib but at smpoint i had to challenge myself and do some easy steps like speak to people who you can easily relate with like you have a strong connection to them like sitting next to each other in class or mutuals / family etc but thats it , your stuck at this level and you have to repeat same stuff your familiar with because of your anxiety
