Not really, but they seem very small lol. But my design wasnt perfect. But i will not replace them for now atleast

Did you do fat graft on top of the infras ? How did it work, or did you do it before ? But the revision is giant or someone else ? And is that implates ?

i did the fatgraft before i had the implants and yeah the design of the infras couldve been much better initially, its kinda my bad since i just went with the first proposition pretty much as i wanted to get surgery asap

Yea whats the main problem with the implants ? Too small or other issues? Because i have one issue kinda that fucks a bit

implant show on the right side because the step off is too big, like it goes from no zygos to slayer tier infras ( and just infras )

Yea i see but you wanted bigger on the jaw? Yea i see, where was the implant show? And would it been able to be hidden with fat graft you think ?

I'd be very careful with picking Infraorbital implant design because they could turn out very unnatural and gayish looking. Especially when you add so much volume to the lower parts of the arch

Jaw angles look nice. Are you gonna do anything for chin symmetry? Looks like they messed the genio up during your trimax

No one is going to hand you that code. That’s how you sculpt the implant to create a true chad infra/zygo/inferior-orbicular structure. It’s about following the right pattern. You don’t need to make it bigger — just refine the morphology.

Hi, mirin dedication, but I got couple of questions, do you have sclera show/eyebags By any chance ? Hows ur ipd/pfl? Very importnant part, Cuz you'll have more problems than just implants that'll cause extra problems on top of your already current problem, i see level of downgrowth in your infraorbitals, I see that u didnt like deisgn+step off on right side, i think this isn't saddled enough to cover the downgrowth, aka raised up implants enough to make the infra bone kinda straitish, you said original design was remieri, and the revision is giant implants ? implants unfortunately have super revision rate? Like 65-80% of time, lets say even in here, especially orbits implants, they get them, and later b00m, a revision needed, wish you a good luck on revision, the revision price will likely be a skyrocket so it must rough, still almost no way to fix actual downgrowth of upper maxilla, so u gotta have to be a miss or hit with infras

yes new implants are from @RealSurgerymax and i like the design, it adresses my issues with the previous infra design, the supras and jaw angles are just an extra treat on top, propably werent needed

so far so good, ill update this thread accordingly ( propably )

In my city they only do standard sizes.
