Hmm persistency is key. I first dm’ed him in dec 2023 and I finally got a finished design abut 2 weeks ago. It can be faster if you consult with one of his docs first and have them reach out.
Idk but the procedure is roughly 35k including flights and accommodations. Ive been spending a lot on scaling my business so it’s hard to say what I’ve saved exactly as money isn’t ever just sitting in my account.
I’m rarely on .org but when i am I always see you just shitting on giant. You can have your opinion and that’s fine but I’ve seen the actual before and afters on zoom and they look great and very natural. In fact one of them was easily one of the greatest ascensions on this forum but the guy wanted to stay private about it so no one has really seen it. The reality is that giant partners with doctors whose reputations are too good to risk on some guy who doesn’t know what he is doing. Do you really thing pag or burak would let this guy design their surgeries if he wasn’t top notch? I consulted with both of those surgeons and both of them said he was the best in the world. Pag said “no one else even comes close”.

I’m going to burak. Basically the main difference is that pag is 10k more expensive, however he does specialize more in maxillofaxial surgery than burak. Not to say burak isn’t super good which is why I’m still going with him.

I really could not care less about what some people think about giant. If you don’t like him then that’s fine, but a lot of the hate against him is unwarranted. You have a forum full of incels obsessed with plastic surgery- of course they are going to blow good and bad cases out of proportions (notice how almost none of the doctors discussed on .org are considered just “good” they are all either hailed as God’s gift to this earth or they are considered terrible butchers that you should stay away from). Ultimately I have actually seen his cases that 99% of people haven’t and they all look pretty good for what they were. In fact almost all of the cases where Bimax was paired with implants were ginormous ascensions.

I’ve seen the obo results, keep in mind that, while IPD is highly important, that is the only thing that OBO will help with. Not really gonna change anything else about your face and it is an extremely invasive procedure as a standalone. Not saying that to discourage you or anything but just to keep the expectations realistic. The OBO I saw did its job perfectly tho- fixed the IPD.Hopefully this will be me soon if I stay persistent, mirin very hard indeed op.

The biggest legitimate criticism against him right now is he seems to be going through a wild gay partying/drug phase, and it likely impacts his work. Beyond that he's definitely the best at what he does, there's no one else really comparable.
It definitely affects the speed of his work, but not the quality. Giant will simply just delay a case if it’s not perfect but he’s not gonna do sloppy work
