I turned 29 1 week ago. I work as a mechanic only with males. I tried a few dating sites no success. All my male friends have gf, they said they met their girlfriends through jobs and twitter. I dont fucking understand it. my daily routine is to go to the mall and buy groceries and then go home. Like where TF can i talk to women? on the street? thats just weird as fuck.

Bc only then+ get smiles from girls,most guys get in relationships from snap,insta etc but you need a friend group for this,the rest is dating apps over 50 percent are from this mow

You don’t. Most shy men end up incels. Women aren’t attracted to shy men, the ones who claim to be are talking about shy chads.

If you are HTN+ then dating apps might work. However, if you were HTN+ you wouldn’t be shy due to tons of external validation.

So your only options are geomaxxing or NTmaxxing to get rid of your shyness
