Find a place in your home that never changes.

Set up your camera on a tripod on a surface and line yourself up in the view. Make notes of the zoom distance.

Mark the points on the surface of the tripod.

Take a few selfies.

As you progress, I'm assuming losing weight and strength training, take selfies from that spot.

In time, you will see the difference, and this will motivate you to become:
