No, it's just not a halo. If you are asian it is kind of expected for you to be hairless.

You have dirty blond/light brown hair so it's ok if you have lots of leg hair since you are masc. If you were brunette/black-haired it would be better for you be mostly hairless like me, since it would be very noticable.
