Acutane closing growth plates?

I’m 17 thinking about taking hgh, hgc, test and an Aromatase Inhibitor to help me grow. I was considering hoping on acutane soon for my acne but read that acutane can actually cause your growth plates to close sooner. How much is this true especially when dosing gear and should i bite the bullet and just try to maximize growth and acne later
