I have to stop it. I just can't bare the pain from my tongue ulser that was created by gargling ACV everyday.
As a conclusion, it is still unknown whether the ACV voice deepening will work by scarring your vocal cord. From my personal experience, I've been doing this for 3 days & the only result that I got from doing it are tongue ulser + sore throat.
Note: ACV = Apple Cider Vinegar
