My mandible is ok but my adams apple is so protruded it looks like im a little recessed. Can i do anything about it or is it over? maybe its my neck posture or something ion.

OP start taking estrogen pills, it increases gh to igf1 conversion so u will gain a lot of bonemass trust me

Check your thyroid it might be messed up and give solution
