Adapalane Tret metronidazle

Currently on adapalane but might hop off. Pretty sure got sensitive combo skin but like am in pools a lot so skin barrier is fried. Pretty sure got rosacea too cuz of always red cheeks. Should I get on Tret Or metronidazle cream instead
