Adapalene + benzoyl peroxide not working- whats the step up

i am on month 6 of adapelene 0.1% and benzoyl peroxide 5%. it has helped a bit but i still get frequent spots. i have no irritation, i can tollerate something stronger. whats the best move now to get clear skin

i want to avoid accutane if i can, i doubt id get prescribed it anyway.

benzoyl is shit, specially at that low %, substitute it with azelaic acid 20%

typo, the benzyol peroxide is 5%. i currently use azelaic 10%, but yes, going to 20 is an option for me
