Adapalene ruined my skin in 3 moths

Started using adapalene on mild acne, had just a few pimples, otherwise smooth.
Now, 3 months in, face is full of inflamed, painful bumps. The acne is real bad,
Is this a purge or a fail? What do i do, stop or push through?

Stop, purging is only common in the the first 1-2 months so it seems you're having a weird reaction. Just go to an actual dermatologist.
