Taz is definitely stronger but the retinization period is brutal. If Adapalene works fine for you, just switch to Tret 0.05% to be safe.

Try using Tret 0.5% , 0.1% would probably be too strong

Probs but you’ll get some irritation, 0.5 is a better option for a while then into 0.1 to minimize irritation

This Is bc adapalene is very weak, weaker then 0.025 tret
