So many posters are deluded or don't understand bodyfat. If you have a 6 pack you are probably 15% bodyfat the only reason we use 10% is because it's some sort of internet meaning for being lean. Online calculators, dexa scans and everything else really are not accurate. Let me give a relatable example.
6' tall, 15 inch biceps flexed, natty and lifts 3 times a week.
At a true 10% bodyfat they are looking at about 165lbs in weight.
If they just want a standared 4-6 pack and lean enough for facial aesthetics probably 170 lbs at 13 -15 %
If you are not lifting seriously and are 6' tall you have no buisness being over 170lbs! Add 5lbs for every inch above 6 and subtract 5 for every inch under 6 to dee if it applies to you.
Just to really drive home the point if you are 6' tall and over 180lbs and think you are sub 20% bodyfat you could step on stage as an amateur bodybuilder or mens physique competitor.

Start dieting.
