Add a Swedish/Norwegian/Danish section here on org

Ive noticed that there is one for turkish speaking, french, spanish and so on but not one for swedish
Norwegian and Swedish is quite similiar in language so it wouldn't be hard understanding eachother
Also due to the fact that more people from the north are coming to this forum, this would be a good idea
