add the "hide postcount" and "hide rep" options

most here are statuscucks and will ignore or insult a greycel for the same post they'd be glazing if it was posted by a rotter with 10k posts (a lot of irony to this as well)

it doesn't affect me, obviously, but i feel bad for greycels who don't have it as much as i do getting roasted for perfectly decent posts, while absolute failures who could compile their posts into a book get 10-15 react for lame shitposts
