I feel tweaked even after the mental benefits are done. Wtf

I’m getting brutal insomnia and was getting chills earlier. I’ve been sick to my stomach for the last 2 days.

Dexedrine is 100% Dextroamphetamine. Adderall is 75% Dextroamphetamine and 25% levoamphetamine. L-amphetamine is associated with higher blood pressure, a higher heart rate, jittery behaviour, etc.

So Dexedrine being more potent doesn’t mean much in this scenario.

It’s strength and resulting side effects purely depend on dosage. 25% of every adderall dose will be a shot of levoamphetamine, which in commonly prescribed doses (within the range of 10-40mg) is surely much higher than what you would find in nasal decongestants you find at the store.
