I never tried actual adderall. It's very hard to get it in the UK.
I did buy modafinil from some indian site once, but I honestly felt pretty much zero effect.
I even once bought a bunch of Sudafed tablets (which contain pseudoephedrine, similar to meth) but I had to use so many and I still feel like it didn't work.

I watched a video from Leo and Longetivity a while back he said as long as you keep daily dosing below 10 mg and don’t use it more than 3 days a week it’s totally fine.

Apparently it can be neurotoxic above 10 mg

Also taking vitamin c and doing a heavy workout after it wears off seems to help with the crash.

I am a big fan of it and would use it again

i share similar issues with you. I actually have taken adderall before, and it made my mind think better and made focusing so much better. Ive taken pre workout with DMHA in it too and I observed similar effects, even though its not the same thing

I also wonder if NAC helps at all because I take that to help with brain recovery days after taking phenibut. What's the highest dosage you've ever taken? I once took 3x 30mg at once and it was so shit. I kept shaking my leg to release energy when I sat down & I kept needing to pee literally every 5 seconds. I could pee and as I'm pulling up my pants, I'd still feel the need to pee more.

Vitamin C acidifies urine. Adderall is excreted faster in acidic urine

The highest dose I took was 30 mg and it gave me crazy dopamine

10 mg doesn’t make you feel super “high” but it definitely helps with focus especially if you have a low tolerance. When I’d take more my tolerance would increase and I wouldn’t feel 10 mg. I’d say the biggest issue with high doses was blood pressure and the comedown would be hard.

no it was not the Jack3d formula, but it was a preworkout called convict, it has like 200mg of DMHA and 350 caffeine, pretty nuts. If you fuck with strong pre I bet you will like it, or any pre with DMHA in it for that matter. BUt yeah I agree that most of my attention span problems could be solved with just hopping offline for a month, or even a week.

In fact, I see parents handing their kid a tablet to watch videos on instead of parenting the kids and giving them attention and giving them normal toys to play with. Hell, they should just be talking to the kid and trying to keep him happy instead of just giving him a tablet to play with when he starts crying. We're gonna see many more issues with people as the internet becomes something that everyone has been exposed to as a kid. I'm old enough to where the first internet I had was dial-up on windows 98. I remember playing club penguin on dial-up internet.

Mucuna is great. If you have extra cash I'd recommend getting a subscription to a website called Examine. It used to be amazing in 2016 because you could look up what every supplement does and they tell you what it's good for and it was all free. You'd get given the PubMed studies and all that and everything is reviewed by actual qualified doctors. Now you have to pay to get the same information. Mucuna is such a great supplement but you have to cycle it to prevent downregulation of your dopamine receptors.
