Now Reta’s the goat and I don’t want to slander it but after taking Adderall I hav no reason to use it. It’s only my second day so it’s probably only temporary but I’ve only consumed like 1000 calories in the last 2 1/2 days. The thing with retatrutide is that you still crave food but it’s hard to eat a lot, with addy you just forget to eat entirely. +addy has a shit ton of other benefits so this shits the goat

Either something high protein or nutrient dense. Like today all I managed was a smoothie and some chicken.

I agree but it is the only adhd med I’ve tried so I have to see if there’s any other ones better. Also maybe it’s not the best because I also have only slept 3 hours in the last 40

Any medication that has methylphenidate in it decreases appetite by a fuck ton, it's honestly underrated

It's also really easy to get it prescribed from a doctor. It can seriously fuck up your inhibitors and make you become a lot less social though.

Yeah my psychiatrist was like “I’m not gonna waste your time I’m just gonna put you on the meds because I know they work”. Does it actually make you less social though? First day I took it I just wanted to talk to everyone

Depends on the type of medication he prescribed, the medication i'm on has made me way less social and not want to talk to anyone. I did lower the dosage since I got skinny though

Yeah after it wears off you will get super hungry but you have to take a different type of medicine similar to adderall that lasts long.
