after like a full year of cycling through pussy ass faggotry from bluepill faggot psychologists/doctors and the stupid cunt ass bitch that is my mother i FUCKING FINALLY have actual instant release adderall instead of xr or vyvanse or some faggot ass uselees ass non stimulants i finally have the real fucking thing bro i want to go on a bender so fucking bad but im skinny and need more sleep i might sell some for filler and peptides what yall think

What is funny is some are on shit like 60 mg or whatever higher dose of Adderall then are put on 70 mg Vyvanse which is equivalent to like 20~ mg dextroamphetamine and doesn't work/sucks comparably. No shit, they get put on 1/3 of the dose. Some doctors literally think that is 70 mg amphetamines, idiots don't even bother to research the drug they are prescribing.

Also I currently take MPH but really liked the versatility of 70 mg Vyvanse + 15-20 mg dextroamphetamine IR to take daily as needed. Only reason I take MPH is because d-amph caused skin issues during cold winter months (dry, flakey, red skin especially around mouth and nose) and made me hypersensitive to a lot of regular chemicals. Very effective shit otherwise.
