it is pure dexamfetamine

Step 1: Research the condition thoroughly. There is nothing that you shouldn't understand about ADHD.

Step 2: Research the assessment process that the Psychiatrist will give. You need to know what questions to expect, etc. For example, one of the questions will be about your behavior in high school. So if you have like proof of detentions or getting into trouble at school will be useful

Step 3: Depending on the Psychiatrist, they might ask you for a witness. Like your parent or sibling for comment on your behavior
