Adderall XR 20mg was a bust

Barely lasted and when it worked I had just a little focus with disordered racing thoughts taking my thoughts away from my work. Calling doctor. Still have racing disordered thoughts

The XR is absorbed extra slowly so 20mg is like 5mg normal

if you want that amphetamine dopamine rush you gotta take MORE

I get no focus or anything. I think I need 25-30. That will probably be the sweet spot
