tell them an immediate family member or a cousin has it prescribed for adhd and your mom said it helped them a lot and your mom told you you should get tested because the doctors said you might have adhd when you were younger. say that initially you were able to get by in school without paying attention bc you were smart but now you have a job that requires long periods of focus and attention to detail and you're getting distracted a lot and struggle to stay on one task for an extended amount of time. use the mom halo it works. the "test" is them saying "do you get distracted?" yes. "do you have trouble focusing?" yes. "are you gay?" yes. "cool heres ur amphetamines kid!" you can even do telehealth and just facetime the doctor

Well first go to the doctors office and complain about not being able to focus at school work etc see what they say and just keep pestering your doctor until you get a script or go find it on some grey market

instead of going through an in-person doctor, there are telehealth apps that specifically let you do an appointment for "ADHD intake", they are literally drug dealers lol. that way you dont have the risk of ur physician not liking to prescribe it. OP, also make sure you say your family member is specifically on adderall. sometimes they like to start people on ritalin first instead which is cope. if they bring up ritalin say your mom said your sister originally took ritalin and it didn't really work but then she swapped to adderall and worked way better for her and she was able to get on a much better track in school after switching to it. if you're smart and a decent communicator this won't be suspicious, if you're a retard you don't deserve it anyway.
