does adderall help with socialising? As in confidence, social energy shi like that or does it zombify you see loads of different shit.
Heard it helps with confidence and talkativeness a lot, anyone got any anecdotes? What’s a good dose for someone starting

Yeah it works okay , 2mmc is better for that tho. Phenibut is good too. 4mmc life changing social abilities, etc taking phenibut with Adderall would be cool tho .

My experience is it was great for tests and exams studying and taking them. But not really for anything else as it quickly made me feel too much on edge. I have also taken bupropion and I think it was a bit better. But anyway best for socializing is pregabalin. You can combine this with bupropion too if you really have adhd problems
