Addition of phytic acid in my diet

So I am planning to bulk SLOWLY because I've discovered that I am boneless while being lean.

I want to add at the very least, some peanut butter and whole grain oats to my diet. But I've heard phytic acid can bind to certain minerals and lead to less absorption and inflammation (?)

So I'm wondering if I should separate peanut butter from my nutrient dense meals, proper potassium to sodium ratio, omega 3 to omega 6 ratio, and probiotics to help mitigate the inflammation and gut damage it may bring.

It doesn't matter if diet is the reason why you're boneless in your opinion then it's too late to reverse that don't overthink these small details
