low effort thread
Just a suggestion
If the mid-face is lacking in structure, whether that’s because of a LeFort 1 and you dogmaxxed or genetically recessed, instead of using fillers and fat dissolver on the nasolabial area, you can do alar implant and alar base reduction if needed, which would be almost a must unless you have a small alar base and a big mouth
and that will fix the dogmaxxed appearance of the "Bimax", then everything else to address the other areas is just fat grafts or HA fillers or even implants but at least choose good ones out of PEEK or PEKK.
this is just my take/suggestion, because I haven't seen a lot on alar implants and I believe it could be worth researching, even it gives you +0.5 in the regular 1-10 scale it is worth it even though you can use filler and fat disolver to achieve a similar result it will never be exact and permanent
