Even a lefort 2 is not enough to recover the caved in maxilla of an East Asian. Just because you make an osteotomy lines and move the midface forwards does not mean such a movement can mimic actual bone forward growth. Implants are a must.

I dont disagree with you on that, but a lot of Asian cases are mixed. Id say the majority are. It can look like someone has a death tier maxilla, when in reality they have some kind of ANS /paranasal deficiency or nasal underprojection rather than a "recessed maxilla".

LF2 patient's ANS was advanced further than the rest by being segmented. His result was really nice, tho he had a complication and complaint

Truth giant does not deserve to ego his customers when theyre paying for a premium service, but currently theres nothing stopping him besides his partnered surgeons cutting ties like you said. But that isn't the most desirable outcome since there really is no other designer/surgeon with the same aesthetic knowledge

Because it is registered in Virginia, the LLC itself can be sued in the US. The harder question is the actual personal liability, since he operates from Turkey. I dont know how easily giant can be held accountable.

Yeah, there is legislation for this. An LLC does not give him full immunity, especially if there is some sort of fraud or misrepresentation. Action can still be taken, but I would guess that cross border cases are more complex because both US and Turkish law may apply?
