- hydrate with electrolytes throughout the day
- write your to-do list the night before. if you don’t go in with a plan, you won’t be productive.
- prioritize sleep. at least 5-7 hours. even if you don’t feel like you “need” it.
- no artificial dopamine during the day, and especially the morning before starting work. you need your work to be the most dopamine-inducing thing you do. that’s when it becomes fun.
- I like & recommend fasting until 1-3 pm, but this might not be right for you. experiment.
