Just go to a psychiatrist and tell them you have adhd. That’s what I did got my prescription 2 days ago

It's pretty easy; you just need to be smart about that. All you need to do is have some credible stories, especially those that are from childhood, that you never could focus on in class, you always delayed things, even those that you wanted to do, etc. I know that Adderall is rarely prescribed in Europe, especially when you're younger; they give you Methylphenidate (Medikinet/Concerta).
