from research i did aromasin has a more long lasting effect on estrogen post/cycle than arimidex did. also i think arimidex is used to keep plates open more regularly

1mg of adex ed for standard dosing. 1mg or 0.5mg eod if scared of low e2.
It isn't safe but it isn't going to kill you
