Due to my hyperactivity and low impuse control causing my social skills horrible and my parents never telling me about my disorder and why I was different from everyone else. NPD developed as a coping mechanism, while its overall better in having better social skills the negatives mentally and overall lack of experience of social interactions and still apparent.
Even though I am attractive getting in person slay is extremely difficult. unlike what .org propaganda states, a social circle is required to interact with women no matter how attractive you are.

Narcissistic Personality Disorder is also nothing how it is portrayed in overall media. Where a ‘narcissist’ is a bad person / killer and has no emotions.
NPD causes you to ‘mask’ your personality similarly to when a person code switches depending of the situation. But much more severe and more frequent.
This causes you to hide your true self, your own voice inside your mind, due to you hiding it by masking, this kills overall motivation to achieve socialization with other people even though you require it. Causing you to not put any motivation in being socially
TDLR : no matter your psl how nt you are is the most important thing

95% of women are not low inhib enough to approach you, Doesn’t matter how you look You are required to meet/talk to women through friends, you cant talk to women by just approaching by you're self you are invited to social events with women through you're peers there currently is not a place...
