Vyvanse which is brand name only worked the most consistently, by far.
Generic Ritalin was garbage and kicked in 12 hours after taking it on a higher end dosage
Generic Adderall #1 on a lower dosage did jack shit for focus and motivation. on a higher dosage it made me feel sleepy and almost was like a high dose of SleepEZE extra strength.
Generic adderall # 2 on the prescribed dose has done a lot more on a lower dosage than the previous brand. To put it into perspective:
Generic adderall brand #2 at 25MG had a much bigger effect than Generic Adderall brand #1 at 20MG and 40MG
This obviously is proof of there being a difference between the generic brands. I may have to retest Ritalin but brand name only and in the meantime will switch to adderall XR brand name. From my reading, the brand name ones work the most consistently and work the best with minimal side effects.
Generics are garbage imo. Should always get the brand listed one. Even though it’s the same active ingredient, it does not mean that there is no difference in delivery mechanisms and filler / chemical makeup outside the main Ingredient. I don’t think the original creators of adderall shared their release mechanism info and chemical makeup info with the generic brand companies that they licensed production out to.
