I think I unironically have add, not as fidgety but extremely hard to concentrate on one thing and thoughts are unorganized all over the place moving from one to the next, repeating same point just like same sentence of a book tbh.

Impossible to get comfortable in any seat and constantly tensing different muscles, mewing didn't help tbh.

Hell even on this forum I'm constantly starting new threads with out finishing any of them and constantly have to re-edit

Same… my muscles tense and spasm

my therapist literally tested me with online test results its easy to self diagnose yourself ngl…

if yoh misplace things alot thats also a definate sign

Or have trouble sitting still without fidgeting or getting out of your seat
